We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for subscribing to our newsletter; that means we will not send you a newsletter via email until you click on a link in our notification email confirming that you would like to receive our newsletter. No other data is collected. Your data is not forwarded to third parties. Excluded from this is Mail Chimp, which is responsible for the technical procedure involved in sending the newsletter. With the subscription to the Bihari newsletter, we store your IP address and the subscription date. This storage solely serves as proof in the event that a third party misuses an email address and subscribes to the newsletter, without the authorised individual being aware of this. Our newsletters contain so-called tracking pixels, which enable us to detect whether and when an email was opened. Furthermore, link clicks are analysed within the newsletter. We store this data, to allow us to ideally adjust our newsletters to the wishes and interests of our subscribers. Therefore, the data collected in this manner is used, to send personalised newsletters to the respective recipients.
